Purchasing a course from Aspire, we will offer you expertise and certification based on competencies as laid out in our policies and procedures.

In purchasing the course you will become a valued learner and all teaching and learning experiences are governed by our governance and procedures.

Please note appeals, complaints and extensions do not apply to short online courses at Aspire. Use the contact form in these instances.

1. Acceptance By accessing or using this online learning platform (MyAspire), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Platform.

2. User Account To access certain features of the Platform, you may be required to create a user account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information, including your password. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorised use of your account or a security breach.  

3. Intellectual Property All content on the Platform, including but not limited to text, images, videos, and software, is the property of Aspire Training or its licencors. You may not reproduce, modify, distribute, or otherwise use any content from the Platform without our prior written permission.  

4. Course Content We strive to provide accurate and up-to-date course content. However, we do not guarantee the accuracy or completeness of the information provided. You agree to use the course content at your own risk.

5. Payment If you purchase a course or subscription, you agree to pay the applicable fees as indicated on the Platform. Payments are typically processed through a secure payment gateway.

6. Refund Policy Our refund policy is detailed at the bottom of the registration form.

7. Governing Law These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the quality assurance system of Aspire Training.  

8. Changes We may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. Any changes will be effective upon posting on the Platform. By continuing to use the Platform after such changes are made, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.
